Miho Fukuhara is a dynamic vocalist, songwriter, and stage actor from Hokkaido, Japan. After launching her professional career in Tokyo, Miho had the opportunity to collaborate with renowned artists such as Leona Lewis, AI, Daichi Miura, Chara, and Charlie Lim. After more than a decade in the bustling city, she returned to her rural roots in a coastal town in Chiba, where she draws creative inspiration from both the scenic beauty and the vibrant artistic community.
Miho's talent was discovered early on when she captivated audiences with her rendition of Mariah Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas Is You” on television. By the age of 15, she was signed by Sony Music in Sapporo. Her successful independent releases sold over 10,000 copies each, leading to her major label debut in 2009 with "Rainbow," which achieved extraordinary success, selling over 150,000 copies and reaching No. 2 on the Japanese charts.
Known for her soulful voice and versatility across genres, Miho has graced the stages of prestigious venues and festivals, including Blue Note (in Japan and China), Billboard Live Japan, Fuji Rock, Summer Sonic, and Rising Sun. Her song “Let It Out” gained international acclaim as the ending theme for the acclaimed anime "Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood." February 2025 saw Miho's release of "Rocafellas," featuring popular Korean pop-R&B artist K. Originally created as a demo, the song was reimagined with the collaboration of acclaimed producer Mabanua, celebrated for his work with artists like Kenshi Yonezu and Gen Hoshino, infusing the track with a neo-soul and nostalgic City Pop vibe.
